Returns & Exchanges
At Be Ethereal Hair we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
From time to time, Be Ethereal, at its sole discretion, may accept return of product(s) or portions of a product(s) under the following conditions.
- We accept return(s) within 14 calendar days of original purchase date. Any return(s) request after 14 calendar days of purchase will not be honored.
- The product(s) must be sent back to us in order to process the return.
- Please contact Be Ethereal at info@Bethereal.com. Our team will send a pre-paid postage label for your item(s) to be returned to our office in Orlando. Please note Be Ethereal cannot process an online or phone order returns.
- In return package please include all item(s) for return and your original invoice.
- Merchandise must be in original condition.
- We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from weft or otherwise processed) in any way.
- Zip ties and tags must be intact. Any merchandise that is received without zip ties and tags will be returned to the client without an issue of a refund.
Once your item(s) have been received at our corporate office it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Your refund should appear in your account within 7 to 10 business days, subject to your bank’s processing time.
Replacements
There is a 30 Calendar Day product defect exchange policy which commences on the date of purchase. Customers that wish to replace their item(s) should contact our returns department at info.BEthereal@gmail.com to notify them of their issue or concern. Clients who purchased at a Be Ethereal Boutique should contact the boutique where they made the purchase.
